Shipping Policy
At Treeswift Fiber, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.
We’ll deliver anywhere in India.
Shipping charges are there for all Orders paid Online or CoD. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
Orders are shipped within 2 days & they are delivered in 1-7 working days across India once shipped.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number.
After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order & if the order is paid we will refund you.
Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.
*Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
CASH ON DELIVERY (CoD):
We provide Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility all over India only.
Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday. If an order is placed after 4 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.
FORCE MAJEURE:
TreeswiftfiberPvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it’s sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.

Thank you for choosing Treeswiftfiber Products. To make you more satisfied with our Services, Kindly Read the Following Instructions carefully and keep the warranty card safe after purchasing the product
IMPORTANT : By using Your Treeswiftfiber OLT,ONU,ONT You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of Treeswiftfiber 3 year Limited Hardware Service warranty (“WARRANTY”) . As set out Below. Do not use your product Until you have read the terms and conditions of the warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of warranty , Do not use the product and return it within 7 days from the date you have received the Product to the Treeswiftfiber authorized/Owned retail store/Distributor where you purchased it.
Terms and Conditions
All kind of SMPS (power supply),which having with OLT,its replacement is only available till 3 months of purchase against manufacturing defect. But its damage due to lightning, over voltage, improper installation, mishandling etc are not eligible for warranty, detailed checking will be done by our authorized person before availing the same.
Separate proper earthing for every product is mandatory, if not it will be considered as inappropriate installation.
3-year warranty(36 months from date of purchase or 38 months from date manufacturing which one is earlier) only covering for OLT/ONU/ONT hardware (main PCBA) against manufacturing defect only, but not against any kind of other physical damage
*Every PON & SFP modules comes under 1 year warranty only.
*No warranty for ONU Dc power adapters.
A salty atmosphere causes damage to every electronic board. So when you place devices like OLT, EDFA, ONT/ONU make sure air properly conditioned. We recommend to work OLT and EDfA in air-conditioned or in a similar environment to get rid of this salty atmosphere. The excretion of reptiles and mammals(lizards, rats etc…) can also cause damage to the electronic board. Always make sure to place the devices in an environment where it is free from these amniotes. Any damage due to this will not cover under free warranty and cause a repair, component charges if applicable. Also, any ONT/ONU placing in salty atmosphere operator must inform the customer it will not get any warranty.
Free technical support and firmware updation is only avail up to 36 months from the invoice date .
After 3 year to avail continuous technical support need to pay AMC(Annual maintenance contract ) fees (ie 10% of invoice amount + 18% GST) for one year
The standby product is only avail with in warranty period ,in case of manufacturing defect only
Maximum time need to repair will be one month for damaged products as per above criteria
Without AMC ,customer can avail technical support as ” PER CALL RATE” according the complexity of works.(minimum cost is 1000+GST).
After 3 year customer can avail the extended warranty with 25 % + GST of invoice, for a period of one year
After 4 year customer can avail the extended warranty with 35 % + GST of invoice, for a period of one year.
After 5 year customer can avail the extended warranty with 55 % + GST of invoice, for a period of one year.
After 6 year customer can avail the extended warranty with 75 % + GST of invoice, for a period of one year or customer can exchange the product with 90% price of the product in the current market.(if the prodcuct is good working condition)
Warranty withdrawal notice of old products
Warranty ie service/repair and technical support of old products are withdrawn due to new versions of products were released. Also firmware, spare parts of these old devices are not available.

Instruction
The information on the card should be filled completely and card should have the stamp of the Company outlet/Dealer. If not, Please go back and ask the dealer to stamp it
Our company Provides 3 year warranty on the condition that goods are used as per instructions
The failure under normal use means that it is not damaged artificially or by misuse, but unintentional damage under normal use. The failure is not caused by the abnormal operation. or it occurs because the user disassembles or troubleshoots the product without permission
Product return back policy
In order to get a replace Product caused with manufacturing defect must be first verified Online/Onsight by service engineer of the company with in a time period of 7 days starts from the bill date
* Once product sold cannot be returned back.
* Before buying the product please verify the suitability of the product for your needs from any industrial experts/ market experts and only buy after confirmation.
* You will be eligible for replacement only on the presentation of the original invoice.
* In case of replacement for ONT/ Modem no other accessories will be replaced other than ONT/Modem.
* If there is any kind of damage or dirt on the products it may be a reason to refuse replacement.
* All non –replacement warranty items are available for free repair of the product only.
* No product will be available to replace products that require repair during the warranty period for the reason.
* But if the repair is not received within the allotted time, the same type of product will be temporarily available for replacement.
The company Won’t Provide warranty if the failure occurs in the process of using our product because of the following cases :
*Violate the direction of user manual / Online support engineer
*Assemble or disassemble inappropriately
* Use expansion components without legal authentication
*Modify or Repair the product without permission
*Exceed the limit of use
*Abnormal force leads to damage
*Natural disasters or other in-disciplinary elements lead to damage.
*Fake or Refurbished Product
*Unable to Provide valid purchase proof or guarantee card
*Tears off or damage the warranty sticker without permission
