3-year warranty(36 months from date of purchase or 38 months from date manufacturing which one is earlier) only covering for OLT/ONU/ONT hardware (main PCBA) against manufacturing defect only, but not against any kind of other physical damage.
7 Days replacement
We will need you to submit proof of issue to verify your replacement request.
- Defective: Verification by Brand or Treeswift Fiber, through on-call support followed by inspection at your location or nearest brand service center if required.
- Physical Damage, Wrong, Missing Items: Remote verification by Treeswift Fiber.
